Hi! I have an ipHone 3gs wich i was able to jailbreak, and unlock on 3.1.3, i believe i saved the shsh files on cydida, but accidentaly, i update it to 4.0 with iTunes...
Is there any way to jailbreak/unlock it??

If you saved SHSH files for 3.1.3 read this http://www.hackthatphone.com/3x/local_ecid_shsh.html and it should explain how you can downgrade to 3.1.3 with your saved SHSH.

Then you need a way to get past the slide for emergency screen. The simplest way is if you have access to a sim card from the carrier your iPhone is locked to

Once you can get to the iPhone springboard - you can use Spirit to jailbreak. Make sure you are not running iTunes 9.2 or higher when trying to jailbreak with spirit.

Then you can unlock with ultrasn0w. If u have an old bootrom 3GS you can even go back to iOS 4.0 via pwnagetool custom ipsw.

At this point, you can upgrade to 4.0 or 4.0.1 and use JailbreakMe to jailbreak. Ultrasn0w works on 3G/3GS jailbroken this way, but not yet on an iPhone 4. New unlock for iPhone4 due out in next 24-36 hours after testing.
