does anyone know how can I make windows make the default bootable os ?
I tried easybcd through windows and that was a total fail

Im all up and running using the Snow 3.6 ISO, which is great now I need to get some KTexts sorted. Can someone please send them to me, tigermain@gmail.com thanks very much.

Next step swapping out the mini card with an OSX compatible one, any suggestions?!?

Could someone list the KTexts we need save requesting them from each other so we can source them from somewhere like kexts.com ourselves

Heyo, Trying to dual boot with windows 7 on studio 1555 for recording audio, can somebody send me kexts to charlie.green88@gmail.com . I have started by downloading a copy of snow leopard 10.6.0 with .1 and .2 upgrades, will i specifically NEED the destro attached to this guide for any success?

So ive been at this for the last YEAR of my life....i dunno if any of u feel the same way as i do...but..IM SICK AND TIRED OF MY DELL STUDIO XPS 16 I7 (1645) NOT working with hackintosh...

every month i try and try again and again and i cant even seem to get damn osx to even start up on my laptop....i felt as if i made the best decision when i bought my xps 1645 cuz i mean...its a great machine but i bought it jus so that i can have OSX and W7 and Ubuntu on it so i can try them all out...the only thing that failed me so far is OSX and shouldnt it be easy????

i mean i7 should rape everything OSX has to throw at it and even have a ssd jus for the dual boot greatness....and yet i fail to find even a single person to help me find a way to put it on.....if there is anyone in this WHOLE forum that can help me...PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE do so...so then i can make a damn video or atleast a post on the forums to tell others how to do it...

sooner or later ima give up and i dont wanna do that.....PLEASE i beg any of u guys that love to mess around with HACKINTOSH....HELP ME get it on my dell studio xps 16 (1645) i7......

Hi, the only way i can see people getting wifi to work is if they change their mini wifi card to something like a intel 1505, i don't think anyone will get a kext for the intel 5100 as its been probably about 3 years since they started working with it. I've done some research and most people ahve had success using a intel 1505 card as its similar to the airport one. Although I would be happier if we eventually get a intel 5100 kext as it would mean i get to leave my laptop hw stock.

Okay I got it to install using 10.6 with sound working, bluetooth, lan says its there, when i plug in ethernet it says connected but doesnt' do anything? if I manually configure to my routers ip and dns it says connected but won't get me anywhere used ur kext u sent me from ur old thread but haven't had any luck? you knw y?
