help with snow leopard on gericom 1st supersonic pci

Hi all,

I have been trying to install snow leopard on a gericom 1st supersonic laptop using iboot and osx version 10.6.3

I get as far as starting the install only to get the mac grey screen of panic alarm in relation to the cpu.
i have read somewhere on the internet of someone running the same laptop on Mac osx so it should be possible.
I'm just wondereing what i should change in relation to my instalation methods.

do i need to roll back my osx version or modify this version in someway to allow it to work with intel centrino .

any help or advice on bootloaders e.t.c greatlfully received.
