[HELP] Is my PC even capable of running OS X?

CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i7 950, 3680 MHz (23 x 160)
Motherboard: Gigabyte X58A-UD3R
RAM: Patriot Memory 2000EL Series DDR3-1333 (667 MHz)
BIOS: Award BIOS Type Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Video Card: ATI HD 5770

I have had a hell of a time even booting into the install disks. I have tried 3 different Distros and countless different boot options.

The last panic I was getting was panic(cpu 0 caller 0x2a9e5c)
