Navy - Yes VoodooHDA is your KP because you still have APPLEHDA in your extensions folder. That must be taken out of your extensions folder and you then use kept utility to clean up that folder.

    USB ISSUE
Having Issues with USB - Only one of left works - sometimes.... anyone else come across this? The other two on the right don't work at all. I HAD them all working in usb 2.0 then it just screwed up.

Bios settings + USBLEGACY in bootlist + ??????? - something is screwy.

I figured it out! Need to be noted in write up. I was booting from the two usb ports on the right of the laptop..they dont work during the install I didnt even put two and two together. switched the drive to the left side and boots right up. talking about pulling your hair out!!!!

It's possible that your external HD is causing the problems and that the write-ups are completely fine.

I didn't have to delete any files.

Also DW1510 works OOTB. No soldering required. Just clip the sucker on.

Im not using a external anymore. I just swapped drives. every time I get to step 17 and have to reboot it craps out on me and i have to reinstall everything all over again. ive been working on this for days!!

when i put the appleps2 kext and the applebattery kext in the SLE then run kext utility, i get errors saying those kexts were not installed correctly. I reboot then i get voodoo KP and applebattery KP and cant do nothign from there.

I skip all the bluetooth stuff completely because i dont use it all.

    what am i missing?

    Ive made some progress!

Everything install but no battery icon. oh well. But now, if i boot with a usb hub plugged in with a mouse it wont boot. gives me the shut down screen. i have to wait for it to boot then the plug it in for my mouse to work. track pad works though.

    thoughts?

    emulation in bois is off
