    Would this setup work:

    i7 930 2.8GHz
    6GB DDR 1866MHz
    Asus P6X58D-E
    Gigabyte Radeon HD4670?

Also, could you upload the Empire EFI? I get "Malware Detected" when I open the link.

After you had finished installing Snow Leopard OS make sure to replace the Mach Kernel for the latest version of it.

hi there, i'm running i7 on Sager NP8690. Could you check one thing for me? Does your system clock run too fast? easy way to check is by play a media ( video/music) and check does that media being played too fast ( like being fast-forwaded) or by leaving your notebook stay on in hackintosh in about 10 minute and check the clock ( use other clock to check, or just use your watch)

mine running @ 1.5 times normal speed, which is really annoying for me, because i use my macintosh mainly for multimedia and those system clock ruined the whole media ( became fast-forwaded)

    thx

It should works on your system. Also you can use Chameleon for Snow Leopard/Lion OSX version, just add the kexts needed for your system in the "Extra Folder".

I don't have any of those issues, what bootloader did you used to install Mac OSX? what version of Mac OSX are you running? The bootloader influence in the performance of your system and apples improved a lots of performance issues in any new update, so, try to use the latest version.

Hey having problems installing Leopard on my laptop. I get to the mac installer where it asks me for language then it tells me it is unable to install. Is it my Leopard disc or something else?
