Trying to install iDeneb 1.6
I have an HP g62 laptop running with the following specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
3GB of RAM
284GB of hard drive space
AMD processor (It's an AMD Athlon II P320 Dual-Core Processor @ 2.10GHz)
But what I wanna' do is install iDeneb on my 1 Terabyte external Hard Drive (Western Digital elements Desktop). I created a partition on my external HD with a size of 15GB. I went and downloaded all 16 parts (which were all rar files) of iDeneb 1.6.
I got them from this site: iDeneb 1.6 10.5.6 Lite Edition ISO - Mecho Download
Here's where the problem is: When I go to install the program, I normally restart the computer and let it find the disc, then I pressed enter at the Darwin menu before the time went out and let the install start like it should of. But then once the apple logo showed up with the gray background a bunch of lines of code started to fall down the screen.
Here's a photo I captured of it:

I tried turning on the virtualization in the BIOS and also turning it off and that didn't work either.

Try another destro, like i download iPC and as we speak its installing on my laptop beside me (time remaining: About 1 hour and 1 minute. WTF?!?!) but iPC supports a lot of drivers and stuff. try downloading from kat.com the iPC 10.5.6 AMD/Intel. the size of the file says its 4,7 but on disc its only 4,3 so a if u have a CD with 4,7gigs or so u can burn it easily with imgburn. try iPC, it works with the most
and oh yeah, discovered that both my pcs coulnd't boot it to osx86, so i wrote in boot options cpus=1 platform=ACHI -x -f -v

Thank's. I'll try that code in the boot options (cpus=1 platform=ACHI -x -f -v) and if that fails to then I'll use iPC.

I tried installing iPC and it gave me the exact same problem as the other one did.
But I found out on Google that if you want to run iDeneb 1.6 lite in Vmware you have to set it to FreeBSD 64 and type "-v -f busratio=10 cpus=1" in the bootloader before you go to boot from CD, it worked for me. I just wish that I wouldn't be getting kernel panic's everytime I boot iDeneb on my laptop.
I got that info from How to Install iDeneb on VMware Player/Workstation/similar - InsanelyMac Forum
