Any other ideas?
Thanks
Doug
I also just updated to the latest BIOS, directly taken from the ASUS Homepage (v703). Therefore I had to reinstall Windows (no other way to install the BIOS Update found) and then started again with the installation according to my own guide.
I still have to start from iDeneb v1.3, as it ist still the only version that I can install from the scratch.
I got a nice reply on ICQ, where I got the hint of replacing the Audio-Trick with a simple kext called VoodooHDA (just google for it, you'll find it).
This makes it even more simple to get audio working. Just install the kext, thats it.
I am anxiously waiting for an iDeneb release of SnowLeopard. Hopefully this will work as easy as the 1.3 version.
Is there already an custim build SL-distro out there, that is by any chance known to work on our eeeMACs?
Thanks,
Frank
