I've already bought my *sim and didn't choose ultrasim just because of the shipping costs..but other than that I cant see why I wouldn't buy this product.

Not a single failure, when we have had a no service message was because the sim was no yet activated by service provided or suspended by carrier for lack of paid.
Maybe I´m lucky but also it means we do things the right way.
We are becoming experts in this "X"Sims installation.

i tried my newsimcard with my friends' (4 diff. ultrasims) and all (4) worked fine. (ive ordered 5 ultrasims) which turns out to be that only my ultrasim was the issue. however, its still curious that my oldsimcard + my ultrasim worked fine.

my conclusion is that some specific parts in my ultrasim was fried or defected after a week while using my newsimcard, but my guess is that fried parts were not an important parts for my oldsimcard.

anyhow, unlockcellular.com promised me thru email to replace my ultrasim
and i just requested for a replacement (w/ RMA number), dropped my ultrasim in a mailbox just now.

overall, i clearly state that Gunawan (UnlockCellular.com) = A++++ customer service, and always try to help their customers to be SATISFIED.

also, my friends promised me to order more, right after my ultrasims been replaced! (they wanted to make sure that you provide replacements)

okay. another issue came up........
my friend called me and he got a "No SIM" error also..........
so 2 out of 5 ultrasims got "No SIM" errors by now.
(one worked for a week, one worked for 4 days)
FYI, all 5 using T-Mobile, CA, USA.

any suggestions?
im afraid that rest of 3 ultrasims might get the same "No SIM" errors, too.
anyone elses having "No SIM" errors???? or is it only me the unlucky one??

if you don't mind can you please tell me if when you first put your sim+ ultrasim card in your iphone you were getting edge service. I had to add the 19.99 web plan and still i'm not getting any edge service. Specially when I try to set up the Network setting on my Iphone I don't see Edge, I just have VPN and Wi-Fi. When I turn off my Wi-Fi than the Edge symbol pops up on my i phone next to T-Mobile but still no Edge settings in Network. I tried to research this but still no luck. Can someone please steer me in the right direction.

I had the same issue..mine worked for 2 weeks...and then NO SIM...

Any clues? i sent mine to Unlockcellular so they can try to solve the mistery...
BTW, they're great guys! excelent customer support!
