    Default [TurboSim] Read my horrible experience before you buy

    First off, I live in USA and I ordered 10 pcs of turbo sims on 28th of November, Bladox shipped it on the 3rd of december and it didn't get to my city until the 20th of December, during of the period, I emailed them many times regarding the status with no reply.

    When the sims arrived on the 20th, I was out of town, I didn't pick it up until the 2nd of January. However, they only shipped me 2 pieces instead of 10. So I tried to dispute it with Paypal, but Paypal won't let me since the item is not covered within their buyer protection policy (I have no idea why), so I emailed Bladox about the issue, but no reply.

    So I have no choice but to post on their public forum, hoping the staff will contact me regarding the issue.

    Eventually a staff did reply, not only he did not tried to resolve the issue with me, he accused me of lying without looking into what they have sent me. I posted a reply and now still waiting for them to reply.

    I feel I got cheated and still hoping to get the money back, and I just want to share the experience with all of you.

    Hope you charged it on a credit card...if you did, just chargeback.

    I have ordered hundreds of Turbosim from Bladox. Express shipping by DHL usually takes one day!

    You can trust these guys, they give you great service.

    ... I ordered from Bladox *1* TurboSIM on December 7 and, one week later, it was on my desk (by registered mail!).

    I really wish Bladox stops selling more than 1 TurboSIM per order to *block* all you smart asses from easily *speculating* on everyone's elses skin. Period!

    ... oh, sorry guy... you are ten brothers/sisters/cousins, aren't you?
