Zf, I couldn't communicate with the tsim using firmware 2.0. When you kill the commcenter, it kills the wifi too.
So, I'm using a 1g iPhone with 1.1.4 on it to load the apps to tsim, and then test it with the 3G.

    Basically, I did the following:
    1. Reset the Turbo sim using the TPIN.
    2. on 1.1.4, ssh to the phone, copy all the necessary files, turbo-reset to make sure that the tsim RAM is empty.
    3. turbo-app to load the lamesaft-patch or zerog095
    4. remove the tsim and test with the 3G.
    5. reenable commcenter on 1.1.4 1g.

I didn't understand the part that you are using the original 3g sim to program lamesaft. As far as i know, the lamesaft loads on the tsim boot, checks for IMSI requests and returns 0000. This makes the baseband assume that a test SIM is inserted, unlocking the radio.
However, the way it is now, the lamesaft always returns the fake IMSI to phone. This would explain why you should make an outgoing call but not receive incoming calls (unless you're already under a network connection).

Am I right ??? Suggestions are welcome...
Let me know if I can help anyone with some tests....

Here the lamesaft menu is not appearing also. Perhaps it's an 2.0 issue. I'm also on 2.0

Tonight I can try it on a 1.1.4 phone. See if lamesaft will appear there.

However we still have to work out the issue that it's only possible to make calls and not receive them

Let's hope Zf has a solution tonight. Can't wait to try it all.

ashraf, I get wifi and bb radio after reboot, because it enables the commcenter again. But with the commcenter enabled, the tsim couldn't be programmed.
And yes, I get the lamesaft menu. After loaded on tsim on 1.1.4, it shows on all firmwares and phones, returning IMSI Requests 01.

    I just did some tests.
The same behavior on all phones:

    1. iPhone 3G, 2.0, AT&T locked.
    2. iPhone 1G 2.0, pwned, unlocked
    3. iPhone 1G 1.1.4, pwned, unlocked

Shows Lame Saft menu. Outgoing calls ok. No incoming calls or SMS.
Note - On 3G, I need to set 3G off. If set to on, a network lost error appears upon bootup, and then no service.

Remember that I programmed my tsim using 1.1.4.

Try it with 3g on and wait for 3 minutes for signal to appear!! It's known to take a while before it appears.
Or maybe it has to do that the other simcards don't support 3G?

    I really don't know, because I never got a 3G signal different from AT&T.
What I can say is that it's a v1 SIM, and I don't understand the difference between SIMs.
If I use this SIM with other phones, I can get a 3G signal, downloads at 7,2MBPS, and so on.
I can assume that it should work on iPhone 3G radio aswell.

I'll try to access the 3G network on iPhone 3G and let you know.
