I thought i'd already confirmed it worked a few days ago :-o

I put my old turbosim in to my already jailbroken & activated 1.1.2 phone, ran turbo-app to remove the old applesaft, installed the new applesaft and it just worked first time. I had to run set of-course on an o2 sim, the original applesaft had a usa sim set from the old days :-)

I didn't use the new menu though, I wasn't sure what that was for.

Could you link the new applesaft?

i think 1.1.1 is not works with the UK Iphone with 4.6 bootloader so turbosim will not working for sure.

When I upgraded my phone to 1.1.2, I had to downgrade back to 1.0.2 to get the TSIM to work. Under 1.1.1 I could not get reception anymore (that is under the old bootloader)

Hey guys, Is it for real ?! Turbo Sim really works with 1.1.2 ? I read some stuffs saying that OTB 1.1.2 (with new bootloader) has a security that blocks Turbo Sim, how did you do it ?

I just downgraded from 1.1.2 to 1.0.2 and did the standard turbosim setup. It works fine. I think the new bootloader fixed a flaw the prevents people from patching the BaseBand but doesn't do anything to affect a turbosim.

So 1.1.1 + turbosim + 1.1.2 BB doesn't work then? That's good, cause that's what happened to me. All i have to do now is upgrade to 1.1.2 then. Tried it a few times before i made my turbosim but it never seemed to register that i'd installed oktoprep, which i had. I'll try iDemocracy 2 at work tomorrow.

Think it is always pretty hard to get any clear answer. Some say ot work and other dont. Haven't got my phine yet so i dont know.

It seems that OOB 1.1.2 downgraded to 1.0.2 + TurboSIM works.
And it seems that if you upgrade to 1.1.1 it dont? But unclear.
If that should be the case, is a 1.1.2 upgrade working?

Since a 1.0.2 firmware works it seems to me that BL and BB works with TurboSIM.
And since other people that have old BL have working TurboSIM on 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 and dont see why it would not work now?

Please, could anyone give some more information?

Obviously nobody can confirm weather this works 100% with 1.1.2 OTB.

This thread is about 1.1.2 OTB phones. That meens phones with bootloader v4.6. Your phone has a 3.9 bootloader and this is the third time you show off your T-Mobile german iPhone which will work even WITHOUT the turbosim.
