Thanks for your answer.. Im located in France with SFR network. Some other users of this network can recieve calls with Tsim...I tried with a second SIM sfr network too, the problem is the same but I don't test my Turbosim with other network. I have a try and let you know what happen...if you have any other idea because if the problem's from my network it make me really unhappy!

Malaysia here. Same problem with one of the 3 telcos carriers available here. Always a busy signal and no incoming calls (everything else works). This problem persists with all of the three diffrent ways of unlocking - sim cloning, turbosim and the geohack hardware hack. It is definitely related to the sim implementation done by the telco in question which prevents the iphone from reading the sim card properly.
If you go to Settings/Phone you should be able to see the telephone number of your sim card. With telcos where all services work, you will see the telephone number. On the telco where incoming calls are not working, no number is shown. This is my experience.
The thing is, I am unhappy like you because the telco for which there is no incoming call is my current provider - meaning I have to switch telco carriers. I will try and check with my telco carrier and see what the exact problem is.
