I have the same problem, have you solved it?
I bought it in the US, I came to the UK and used it with the turbo sim card for a year (with T-mobile) I choose to change it to 3 last week, But when I insert the card it does not recognize there actually is a sim card and simply says "no sim" . When I tried back t-mobile's sim it works.
SO I GUESS it is 3's SIM that may not be working with the turbo sim, PLS let me know if you solved it, and how. Cheers
