Do you see 'E' near Signal Bar?Did you change to APN to your provider? (Settings->General->Network->Edge)

..yup! the "E" is there, changed the APN to wap.voicestream.com and still no luck! :-(

..maybe it's the $5.99 T-Zone Plan, but its working great on my Sony Ericsson P990i, it defaults on the T-Zone Page and just change the URL from there to the one i want...hope someone can figure this out...

If you have 'E' then it is just network configuration issue, just try resetting network configuration and re-configure(Settings->General->Reset ).

I have the 4.99 plan. when you change the apn you will get access but you won't be able to use port 80 (web browsing). they recently blocked few more ports but email works fine with the 4.99 and Iphone.

try getting the 19.99 unlimited blackberry plan, then u have the same deal as att iphoners

It amazes me that ppl are asking the APN on a forum. Realy, it does. Get on the phone with your provider and ask it over there. Why waste time asking it here. Your support can give all the information you need concerning EDGE.

BTW, WAP is not EDGE. If i use the WAP APN, then i have the "E" also, but no connection. Mobile internet, or EDGE settings are different for each provider and different for wap, EDGE/GPRS and UMTS.

So, call support instead of asking on forums for the APN and the activation of the service. And if it wont work, the it ends there!
