Working Superb without any hassle, absolutely no problem faced so far

Working on Airtel Maharashtra & Goa

Incoming Calls : Yes
Outgoing Calls : Yes
Incoming SMS : Yes
Outgoing SMS : Yes
Edge : Yes
Wifi : Yes

Just verified that BPL works fine, too.

BPL also has an unlimited data plan for 500 rupees. Currently I'm using Airtel. But, if I end up needing unlimited, I'll switch.

I'm from Bangalore and wish to get a iPhone, did the SOFTWARE Unlock way is working with Carriers like AIRTEL and HUTCH with out any SIM modifications?

Please confirm, your suggestions are much valued..

As I said its working pretty fine on INA Airtel Maharashtra & Goa
& That too without any SIM modification
This is a total software Iunlock method from the Dev Team which has done a tremendous job over the last two months

Can you please confirm whether the AIRTEL Net on Phone Service works on iPhone to browse over the phone? Or do we need to go for Mobile Office Service?

What's the Airtel Net on Phone Service?

I'm using Mobile Office and it's fine. But, what's the difference? I didn't know they offered two services.

You do not need any thing as airtel net on phone & you do not have to download any settings for the mobile office either

All you have to do is to Send an sms typing
AGPRS
& sending it to 121 to activate gprs thats it

further After Unlocking your phone navigate to:
Settings>General>Network>EDGE

APN: airtelgprs.com
Username: (blank)
Password: (blank)

thats it
