You have to downgrade your FW to 1.1.1 through iTunes and then jailbreak it. After that, you can upgrade to 1.1.2. again.

After you download the 1.1.2 jailbreak, it says in the readme

"**** NOTE: This method currently requires you be on 1.1.1 of the firmware. If you are on 1.1.2 you must downgrade prior to being able to use this jailbreak. ****"

How can I be on 1.1.1 firmware if i have a 1.1.2 OOB Iphone?

Is it possible to downgrade a 1.1.2 OOB Iphone to 1.1.1 firmware?
Because thats what it says to do in the instructions!

i got some more info for you guys who has problems..

i just got simcard the new 64 version and it didnt work so i called my carrier to get em to open up my old 32 simcard and it works...

so that might be your problem

Ok Now I need your all's help here. I cannot for the life of me get the card in!!
I have tried everything.. it close almost all the way down but won't "click" shut the door??
Anybody have this problem??/
I have my fingers already sore as heck!!
If I put the sim card only in the door shut's right away no problem!
Any suggestions?

Yahooooooo finally got it to work!!
It is a Bugger trying to get the door shut with the 2 cards even as thin as it is!!

i have the same problem.. it´s pain in the a** to put this sim card tray into the iphone..
Although the black stealth sim is so thin, it´s stuck on the last end... on the iphone stealth video at youtube, it seems so easy.. but not in real

I wonder, how turbosim is, that one is more thicker...

when i update to 1.1.2 ... there is no slide to unlock.. only the emergency slider

I have the same problem as sunriser (on page 9) the stealth was quickly delivered to UK although I had no problem fitting the cards. I am using t-mobile UK & have a OOB week 47 USA 1.1.2 jailbroken & working fine but it won't see the sim @ all.

I have also tried it in another iphone which was bought unlocked via USA with 1.0.2 t-mobile card works fine but insert the stealth & no sim message appears.

Maby it's the t-mobile UK sim thats the problem, I may get an O2 or vodac paug sim to try, although before i bought ithe stealth i emailed the people in the US & they assured me it would work.
