We will release monday a new YESSIM very slim that u don't need cut the original Operator sim. Will need smae cable for update.

Iphone firmware is now very much working. I would like send some samples of new sim as well as special tray.

For YEssim - Furious sim holder kindly update to latest firmware "iphone_firmware" ( boost mode - 00101 - Patch count one)

Kindly PM for ship out samples. I hope will get feed back here. Last 20 samples shipped out didn't get feedback

Ok, so let's be serious.

After testing the StealthSim SE on the T-mobile USA network for 8 days.........

Looking worse and worse.

Last night it started. I received the "No Sim" message twice, had to restart the iphone. As I was having a conversation via sms with someone last night, they didn't respond to my question. There were 4 bars, it said "T-mobile"... I though what the hey, they must of gone to bed (it was late)........

I received the answer to that question 13 hours later.... After restarting the phone, disabling data roaming and then enabling data roaming.... Along with about 7 other texts, all at once. Then I tried to call someone ->. Tried to call my phone/send a message to my phone ->. Tried to send a text out ->.

As I can try to make myself feel better about what happened, it's not looking too bright. I have two more days to test it out. It's working now (at least I think). But with absolutely no warning or signals, and everything just doesn't work, I surely thought (and hoped) that I just instantly became unpopular or something.

So call it a "minor" glitch or call it an epic fail, after working for eight days straight, it's definitely progress than a month ago.

Have u test your universal sim yet?
Today I have to reactivate my edge with my old phone because Edge did not show up. Then it works again. Call always works though.
Don't know if is t-mobile network or universal sim because t-mobile does have network problem lately.

It might be t-mo's recent network problem, but I have not done anything with the data plans or anything to my contract, and everything just instantly stopped working... so I don't know... I'm testing universal sim in 2 days.

I'm still testing Universal SIM, and two carriers in Brazil.

It has been working good, without No Service messages. I've drove around town yesterday and today, and it kept signal through tower cells.

I've also tried the GPS with GoogleMaps, and it worked. I think brazilian's network is a little bit slow, but it did work good.

SMS In and Out working, Calls In and Out working, and 3G and Edge networks OK.

I've installed more Universal SIMs to two clients, and let's see how that goes.

I just received a universal-sim I bought from ebay. New thin one v5.0. So far all works good. Caller id works

T-Mobile USA FW 2.0.2 BB 02.08.01

Calls in/out=working
SMS in/out=working
Edge=working (T-Zones hack)
3G= None with T-mobile
GPS= will test tomorrow

Didn't no if this was an open discussion but I figured I would post my results so far.

PS: Anyone know were I can find a cheap card reader so I can update this universal-sim if I have to?

Jim-bean: Unless you wrote wrong, there is already an updated version from 5.0. You're going to have to buy a pkey. Search ebay or go with gsm-traders.

I posted but it is required moderator to approve it. Maybe because there are couple links in there.

Anyway, i-smartphone has a new design for the IC chip which is in the back.

T-mobile changed its proxy for t-zone. Update the t-zone hacked on Cydia, it should works.
