    Unhappy silvercard help?

    Hello Everyone,

    I have a smartcard writer "Nexus Iso" that was used by a friend to write satellite access cards below are the specs.

    Nexus Universal Dual Crystal ISO Smart Card Loader. Can be used to read/write smart cards, mobile phone SIM cards and other ISO compliant devices.

    Features:

    Dual Crystal expandable to Quad Crystal
    READ / WRITE ISO7816 compliant devices
    Selectable crystal using dip switch
    Built-In PS2 Power / Serial Cable
    Professionally designed and tested
    Settings:

    Crystal 1 is 3.68mhz -->Switch 1 ON only
    Crystal 2 is 3.57mhz -->Switch 2 ON only

    I can't succesfully write to a silvercard it starts but I get a "Programming failed at code address 0000h" the programmer led light up as if it was communication properly but I get this really stressfull error. Can someone please give me a hand? I don't want to purchase a new Infinity USB Unlimited to find out it wasn't the program itself but some settings or drivers.

    It has something to to with power output. Changing something in the prefs might help. I came across this error on a forum yesterday. Can't remember where. But google the error...and you will find out.

    google "silvercard error" or "silvercard programming". On a forum somewhere it is explained.
