Okay.... so today they came out with v61 (which they call.... harhar.... "purple snow"). I've downloaded this and updated my Rebel SIM. It seems to work so far. I'm able to use it on my T-Mobile for making calls. Although... I don't know if this will continue to work. But... for now it's working with my 02.30.03 baseband!

okay, so it seems I was a liiiiittle premature. It worked allright, for a brief moment. Now it says "No Service". The new versions are supposed to refresh their network operators automatically (without having to switch between the iPhone and another phone). My ass. This is just another crutch. This supposed "NO NEED TO RESET NETWORK SIM IN ANOTHER PHONE FIRST" definitely doesn't work. Nor has it ever worked for me, so don't believe that.

Long Story short: "Rebel SIMs purple sn0w" doesn't work. Will it work again? Maybe. They should acknowledge this on their website rather than keep publishing new versions (they published like 10 versions in 2 weeks. Clearly a sign that whatever they are trying to do ain't quite working yet.

I'd be interested to hear other users' frustrated stories.

Can you explain how you update your rebel simcard step by step?

And the sources for the right tools?

I have the USB SIM reader/writer, but cant find the appropiate software to flash it. The "rebelsetup" apps you can get at rebel simcard doesnt seems to work.

in signal lost running 500 meter ..

and dosent support edge ,

but v55 work support edge but again lost the signal moving anywhere..

I recently bought a rebel sim from you guys v55i to work with my iPhone 3G 2.2.1 baseband 2.30.03. I've been looking all over the internet regarding about why my iPhone will not work properly in 3G mode . At the moment the iphone is working great NO PROBLEMS IN 2G MODE but once switch to 3G mode i cannot recieve calls and text. Please let me know if there is a solution for this !! Thank you

Rebel Team is working on a solution to make 3G mode perfect, until now progress is made only in certain network SIM cards. Unforunately your card is not one of them.

Please be patient in 2G mode, or try newer firmware (v61i) and test again!
