I have a general question about what exactly a *sim-card does...

is it just immitating an at&t-card or does the iphone asks sometimes which card is in the phone?

maybe I missed a thread already explaining my question... don't blame me 4 that.

it passes the iphones sim recognizing system, atandt sims have a special "thing" inside that the iphone looks for when a sim is inserted in the iphone..

the *sim fools the iphone into thinking that your sim is an atT sim, when it really isnt..

^atleast thats what i was told, it has to do with att sims and the iphone recognizing em
