I'm using a turbo sim with my t-mobile sim on a 3G iPhone 2.1 firmware, but every time I press the Import Sim to Contacts it won't do anything, I kind of crashes and I don't get my contacts imported from sim. Any Suggestions?

Try it again..this time just insert the sim into the tray without the turbosim and import the contacts from the sim...worked for me, will work for you too.

Yes I had the same problem with my Universal sim. I tried doing it without the sim unlock but it still didn't work. I ended up just exporting the contacts to my computer with my old phone and then importing those contacts to Outlook so that I could sync them to the iphone. My carrier is Tmobile.
