what do i need to beable to use one of these on o2 uk ?
done a quick search and its coming up with loads of stuff i dont understand(noobie)
so what do i need ? and any links to buy this product would be greatly appreciated :)

You need to jailbreak and activate the phone (lots of guides on here - check out the sticky threads at the top of the forum).
The only way you will be able to use your UK o2 sim on a US iphone is via Turbosim (or equivalent) method.
If you're not confident in doing this, maybe a better option is to ebay your US model and by a UK one jailbreak and voila you're on..
so i can use my o2 sim ? all i need is a turbo sim ?
