Looks like it is just AT&T spoofing. There are a lot of these on eBay (exactly the same with different names. It is a clone and it SHOULD be good to go in US phones (SHOULD, get someone else to confirm it!)

As a matter of fact, there are many Vietnamese people confirm that sim works on ANY Vietnamese carrier. They all get it from Hong Kong with the very cheap cost. Again, this sim made in China completely not TurboSim. It called China3GPP.
But it should be working (I do have a US iPhone). Sounds good
man, that's normal, they get the sim patch form china with much cheaper price!
Tats right....i got this "ic card" which very much works the same as turbo sim for about 50bucks and it works by just running iworld on my 1.1.2 OOTB week 46 phone.... all i did was to downgrade to1.1.1,jailbreak, activate, download required apps,upgrade to 1.1.2, cut my simcard, paste it on, slot it in and run iworld.....it works fine ...
I ordered it from this ebayer and it worked. I used iMaso's guide and managed to use it on Fido Canada. Four business days shipping to Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. With this, you don't have yo cut out as much plastic on your SIM.Quote:
