I am having a big problem locating a working mirror of the file below in order to carry out the Super Sim method.

Before anyone says it, yes, I have removed the stars.
None of the Rapid Share links floating out there work, since the download limit for free users is up.

Unfortunately I am still having problems getting through to it. I have seen quite a few users on previous threads complaining that the file cannot be accessed.
