[iPhone 3G] Sim cloning possible?

Hi guys,

I am seeing alot of this on ebay:

they claim the 3G will be fully unlocked and you dont even have to cut your sim?

Can someone shed some light on this topic or direct me to a discussion that does? Thanks!
