What other methods and Sim cards have been tried to unlock the iPhone.

Has anyone contacted companies like ERG (http://www.erggroup.com/) who specialise in SIMs and smart cards to see what they have on offer?

Would be great if another method was worked out due to the shortage of Tsims and the pain with Super Sim and limited offerings.
