Default Make a new custom sim

Hello I have a sim reader writer and I would like to create a custom sim in order to make the iphone OOB 112 to with with my network.

I had read some stuff here bin the forums and I have some questions. First of all I can extract my cards ki key with no problem so I think that I have a V1 sim.

As the sim reader works on a windows machine I use bootcamp in order to do all the sim stuff. (is there any mac software for the job??)

I have an old sim that its subscription is ended and so it cannot work. Can I reprogram this or I have to purchase a new chip from ebay and program that one??

I would like a small tutorial ( except if I can use the [Tutorial] "Unlock" your iPhone with SuperSim )

Why should I should copy all these plists on the iphone??? as the jailbreaked iphone can access the card (it does not say that the card is not correct?)

The reader has an application called magic sim which damps the sim cards data on i file which can be uploaded to a new sim. Why the ATT card cannot be scanned??

I actually would like to create a sim + stelth sim without having to cut my card and also not to have a second sim with my original one together in the slot.

unless you got a degree in electrical/computer engineering I don't suggest you try and make your own sim... you could fry the shit out of your phone or something crazy...
