iPhone - Australia - Optus Pre Paid?
Hey everyone,
Just wondering if the iPhone will work in Australia with Optus Pre-Paid v1 card.
Which method should i use? SuperSim or Turbo Sim?

And the technical god who kicked off the whole SuperSIM method, Ozbimmer, is an Aussie!
To answer your questions: as far as I know, in Australia most current Optus and Vodafone SIM cards are not suitable for the SuperSIM method as their Ki can't be retrieved. That means the TurboSIM would be your best option.
TurboSIM is also a much "cleaner" method and doesn't involve the questionable legality of cloning SIMs (just cutting them).
However, given your last line, by the time you get the equipment to do either SuperSIM or TurboSIM, the geohot method will have been published. In a best case scenario, it will be a simple one-click ROM modification program. (In a worst case, it will be a hardware mod, but wait and see.)
