HELP Turbo SIM Activation Guide Start 2 Finish

Ok I've read guides how to unlock your phone using the TSIM but alot of them expect that you already have it jailbreaked etc...etc.

I need someone to post a guide from the moment you take the iPhone out of the box brand new, all the steps needed (from activation process to jailbreak to installing SSH and such)

The first person to post a complete start to finish guide I will PayPal them $25 (easy money for just cutting and pasting instructions!) Just send me a PM with your info.

Thanks for reply, but I dont know where to start when I open the phone out of the box. I just want a comprehensive guide so I dont have to jump to different pages and its all from one good source. If someone can do this for me I would be very grateful...and make them $30 richer!
