GSM Operator - Sim Cards V2 and V3
Tested on my GSM operator
I have Comp128V3 version SIM card.
Of course it's not possible to execute Ki out of it.
What I did? I wrote an official letter to my operator, asked to give me IMSI code and Ki and explained why I need those, namely to make SIM card with a few numbers in one (it is not illegal).
In two days I received an official answer, that IMSI and Ki codes will be given to me under my responsibility and in case of something all material losses will be on me.
It's possible that operators in other countries can give such an information under card owner's responsibility.
