HI, I just bought a new TurboSIM (bootloader 4.6 .06 OTB 1.1.2). I have a question before I buy my new phone from apple store. I am going to get a new iphone as of now can I still downgrade it using the TurboSIM and hack it? Sorry if I have post it twice.

Are you sure that you purchased a genuine TurboSIM and not a counterfeit (fake)?

It should be VERY VERY thin. Black with a 9mm x 9mm Eeprom on the top right corner, and BLADOX in gold on the circuit 'board'.

The TurboSIM has nothing to do with 'restoring' your iPhone to 1.1.1 or
Activating and Jailbreaking your iPhone at 1.1.1 or
Installing and running OcToPrep at 1.1.1 or
updating your iPhone to 1.1.2 or
Jailbraking and Activating your iPhone at 1.1.2

All the above has to be done before you program your TurboSIM and SET it in your iPhone with your original SIM and then the SIM you want to use in your iPhone.

Hi, How do I tell if my TurboSIM is a genuine one and not a fake one. I bought mine from ebay and can I post the link so you can take a look at it? I am new at this thing so I am not sure if this is a fake one or not.
