Hi I'm using one of the sim adapters GEVEY 3G Plus. I took it out along with my t-mobile sim that works with my 16GB 3g phone and put it in my 8gb 3g phone. The 8gb phone shows "no service" and I have tried to jailbreak/activate multiple times already. Do you have any suggestions why it would work in my 16GB 3g phone and not my 8Gb phone?

Hi, did u match all the setting one each other? It almost impossible if the setting is exactly the same.
I assume your baseband is NOT 228 right?
In my phone, the "no service" appeared when I turn ON the "airplane mode", double check the airplane mode is OFF!

Yes the settings were completely the same. The phone was not in airplane mode and had 3G and data receiving off.

I don't usually worry about the baseband though? I just jailbreak the phone with winpwn 2.5 on firmware 2.0.2 and it has worked just fine. Still does on my 16GB phone.

Do you think the baseband would be corrupt even though the phone gets wiped everytime I jailbreak it?

How would I fix that?

As long as your baseband NOT 228, you are in very "cool" situation. My suggestion Do Not Do Anything at all!!! Wait 1 or 2 days from now, The D Team will give us a Software Unlock for any 3G ( but not in 228 baseband ).
Again, within 1 or 2 days, they will put it here!!!!
