Different NextSim versions

Which wersion of NextSim better?
Than they differ?
I see 4 versions...

some (1-2) can only unlock 1.1.2 OOB US

next sim 3 or 4 can unlock UK/US/DE phones

So nextSim II doesnt have any problem running on a US phone somewhat of week 49 or so ?
Could someone please PM me or something regarding the NextSim II experience??
