    Post China3gpp or Nextsim?

I have a doubt about this thread, cause all i read about china3gpp are problems but i wanted to be clarified:

Nextsim and China3gpp are the same card? or they are different things?

How can i check the nextsim version from one another?

    Bye.

Next sim v3 is China3GPP and Next sim v4 are Gevey sim cards. I would recommend getting a v4 Gevey *sim because it has no sms problems whatsoever and it is more reliable. The only way you can tell the difference is the name on the *sim(its written in small font on the *sim itself) and the way the circuits run. Gevey sims only have 1 type of circuit running while China3GPP have two different circuits laying on top of each other. hope this helps

    Wink

Thank you that helped a lot.

So the sim v4 has gevey name wirtenn in small fonts, uhh? ok that is a good point to start.

An ebay seller is selling iphones with a nextsim verion v5, is that possible? in that case how can i see the difference for that card, and most important, could it be possible to soft update to 1.1.3?

Thank you man for your time.

I am sorry but I have to laugh now.

You are talking about Gevey card as it was produced in the USA silicon valley or it is the side product of Bladox.

Next Sim China 3Gpp or Gevey Next Sim all made in China works under the same principle and works better or worse for one another all depends on the iPhone, carrier sim card, jalbreak process and so on.

So it can not be correct to say one is good because it worked for one and the other one is not good because it didin't worked for the other one.

I already sold over 1000 Next Sim (with your new terminology China3gpp) cards with only 25 complains. So Next Sim 3gPP works as good as proudly made in China Gevey Next Sim card.

That sound more like a marketing justification than a reliable advice.

I think nobody is talking about Gevey as silicon valley stuff, but as a more advanced version of the next sim, by the way i have seen more complaints about china3gpp than any other, but i must to admit i hasnŽt proved any of them.

I've had issue with nextsim v4. After completing jailbreak and upgrade to 1.1.2. then ran oktoprep and installer.

phone said no SIM. Tried to put in at&t (activated) sim to see if I had a signal. Tried again with Nextsim and now said invalid SIM...connect to iTunes.

Stupid me, I connected to Itunes. Phone went into recovery mode and then went crazy....

no screen now, just code running and phone rebooting. doesnt stop! Tried couple times to turn off but each time the phone loops and just runs lines of code and reboots.

am i in deep doo-doo? was I suppose to virginize phone?

    Thanks for the photos.

It seems people selling sims are gonna rush before anysim 1.1.3 is released.

IŽll think about buying one, bye.
