Default [2.2] New 3G iphone need some help on which simcard

    Hi all,

I brought a new pay-as-you-go 3G O2 iphone tonight and wanted to know which simcard solution I should purchase to allow my Orange UK simcard work.

I don't know what version of firmware the phone is running yet, but hopefully not 2.2

I'm gonna upgrade the firmware to 2.2 by using pwange and making a custom firmware so the baseband doesnt get upgrade.

I've been in the 2G iphone unlocking game since day one so quite up to speed with all the unlocking.

I just never used a hardware unlock sim device before and reading these forums see alot of people have signal problems. I need data because I use push email and can't afford to have bad signal

    Many Thanks

I can verify that Orange UK works with i-Smartphone sim, sold to a man named Stephen on this forum (small world, really).

Check out my thread, made many sales and stand behind my product.
