[1.1.2 OTB UK] Stealthsim "No sim installed" error
WTF? my SSim worked fine for like 2 days and lately I have often "no service" and "No sim installed error" anyone with the same problem? btw I'm using it in italy with TIM, it's a uk iphone (with my o2 payasyougo worked fine for 1 month)

If it did function try to attach the SIM to the SSim again. Seems like a slack joint for me

is this external piece of hardware damaging the circuits of the iphone? I didn't do anything and is now 4 hours without any freeze and problems at all

I don't know if this can damage the hardware but think about this:
You are putting in a sim that it bigger than the normal ones. Try to reattach it maybe it is just the connection between the sim and the stealthsim

nope, i've tried also with different sim cards, after a couple of hours it start loosing connection with the sim, and "No Service" appears for a while when I hang up on a call. To fix this I use to activate the airplane mode, then deactivating it the phone begins "Searching" and it founds again the network... very strange, I guess the extensions of the circuit on the SSim modify in some ways the average impedance (ohm) of all the circuit of the phone, interfering with the antenna which start loosing signal for lack of power.
I repeat with the o2 prepayd was working perfect for more then one month.
Any others comments would be appreciated

Did you buy directly from iphonestealth.ca
or another site selling stealthsims like stealthsim.ca
who is not an approved dealer?
What color is the stealthsim?

Hm...you really think the impedance of the whole iPhone is changed by just adding Stealtsim to the simcard? I would say that the RF module is completely shielded from the phone and an increase of the phones impedance does not interfere with the antenna. Correct me if I am wrong but I think that only your Stealthsim is defective and you should try to return it.

I had the same problem
1. If you not running 1.1.2 the it wont work so upgrade
2. If you are running 1.1.2. chances are the cut in the sim is too small, it needs to be bigger than you would think
hope you get it working
