Hi and thank you for a great guide.
I followed it to point 20 (PC Version) But then I got no Sim Applications menu om my Settings -> Phone menu.
I got no errors during the process.
Any idea of what might have went wrong ?

several ppl are having this issue.
1. did you use an original bladox turbosim?
2. did you reboot (turn off/turn back on) your phone as described in step 3/19?
3. is your SIM PIN use turned on or off (meaning if you turn on your phone, are you asked for the PIN)?

No, WinSCP and puTTY (or any other SCP/SSH client) should work after step 3.3, when your iPhone is jailbroken, activated and has OpenSSH running. It has nothing to do with the SIM. But in order to run the turbo* commands successfully, the Turbo SIM (and the cut one) has to be in your iPhone. Could you please explain in more detail what errors you got?

Hello,
Is it possible to unlock an iPhone using the Mac instructions but then sync the phone with a PC?
I have a friend that wants me to unlock his phone for me, but I don't want to use his PC to do it. I just don't know my way around windows anymore.
Thanks
Morgs

no problem, once you are done with the phone and everything is up and working, syncing can be done with either mac or pc.

Thanks.
You make me a happy man. And thank you for all of your hard work. The community around this is inspiring. We so want iPhones in Australia. I have shown mine to so many, and every single one of them including grandmas wants one. Any many prepared to risk an unlocked one.
