What problem is that. Is it when the phone restarts the ip address changes.
How can i solve this and is this the onlything it can be.
I really appreciate what you are doing for me.

22. on your iPhone go to Settings -> Phone -> SIM Applications -> Apple Saft -> Set
Here is my putty screen, seems like the applesaft.trb executed without problems.

if that is your problem (IP being not static) then i had the 2 solutions: (keep in mind i was on a mac however that should still apply to you if you are doing it on a Windows comp.
1 Try and log in to your router and see what IP address it issued to the iPhone, (it only works on some routers)
2 If you cannot find the IP address that way then do what I did and restore the phone through iTunes to its original form and restart the whole process again

Hi there,
Not sure what you mean. I am trying to log into my router but it wont let me. If i cant change it to static when i restart it crashes then i have to do it all over again.

i managed to go to network connections tcp/ip and tell it what IP Address to use. Is that it static

now i know what i did worng. On step 18. i wrote "turbo-info /private/var/root/applesaft.trb" instead of turbo-app /private/var/root/applesaft.trb and continued until step 22.
When i now connect to putty and try to run turbo-app /private/var/root/applesaft.trb i get the following error:
SRC /private/var/root/applesaft.trb
SIZE 2208
/dev/tty.baseband: Resource busy.
Does anyone have any idea what to do?
