start up itunes before you surf to jailbreakme.com, let itunes see and recognize the phone but dont let it do anything with it. then go to jailbreakme.com. it should work.

2-ibrick successfully
3- press *#307# and call
4-press 0
5-press accept
6-press hold
7-press dismiss
8-creat contact and the url: prefs:
url: http://www.jailbreakme.com
9-conect to wireless network and internet without security
10-set iphone auto lock to never
11-go back to activate menue
12-press 0
13-accept call
14hold
15-dismiss
16-go to contact and click on jailbreakme.com
17-open itune 7.6 sw(i do it before open the jailbreak page)
18-wait until detect it and show the phase of work
19-click on install appsnapp at jailbreak site
20-it shows the loading about 2-3 second and then come back to activate page
21-i wait until it goes to black page(screen saver
) but it never rebooted
this is my final step that i can do

from my point of view you did everything right. (besides, I dont know why the phone goes to black blank screen what you call screensaver when you set the autolock to never?!)
I dont know the solution for this. most of the ppl had trouble which was solved by just letting itunes see the phone before going to jailbreakme.com. you did that right and I dont know why it wouldnt work on your phone. sorry.
