I have got an Iphone 1.1.2 and i have got a turbo sim but i dont have a wifi connection or WLAN to unlock it. Can i still unlock the iphone without them?

yes.. buy a wifi router. Or send the phone to someone with all the tools/knowledge to do it for ya.

look you could go to a starbucks with the phone and your laptop so you're not gonna look suspicious that's another posibility

The majority of the programing/settings are done over wlan. not gonna happen otherwise.

I guess, hypothetically the USB-iPhone cable could be directed as a management cable... but I haven't seen/heard of that being done yet.
