it does NOT matter. if you are in an unsupported country, you will need to run iWorld from Installer/Tweaks 1.1.2 to get your phone fully functional.

and the phone will NOT be unlocked! see my post above this!

I have been trying to find out if this is possible. At this point, I dont know yet, but I believe it will be safer to proceed back to 1.1.1 / jailbreak and activate / program the TurboSIM / upgrade to 1.1.2 again / jailbreak and activate again. in another post I read that this NEEDS to be done this way, meaning that programing the TurboSIM on a phone which already has been upgraded back to 1.1.2 WILL NOT work! Maybe someone can fully confirm this. Til then, better stay on the safe side

I don't see any reason why the turbo apps cannot be executed under 1.1.2. There might be one, I just don't see it.

All the tutorials say it should be done under 1.1.1. and I guess that's why everybody does it.

Any thoughts?

Agreed, although thats how i did it, and i tend to stick to the tried and tested way rather than potentially screwing up 59 euros worth of turboSIM ;-)

Its on the first step! What havent you understood? Its clear: You need an 1.1.2 activated and jailbreaked in order to run anything. Also, is there anywhere on the original post saying "ok, NOW you go to 1.1.2"? Can't you, by any chance, wonder you are already back to 1.1.2?
