Default [WiFi][Solved] Controlling my Computer with TouchPad without Wifi router ?

Ok this is my problem. I do alot of presentations. . . . I mean atleast one every week and i love tpuchpad pro. I do presentations at my fathers office on team building and HRM and other things to help management out. But when i go to college i have no wifi available so i cant give a good presentation and thus loose out on marks.

Is there a device which i can connect to my laptop so that i can establish a wifi cnnection between my windows vaio and iphone???

like a usb wifi router or something like that?
i know i could cary my normal wifi router around but its too bulky and i want something much smaller

plz help me, i need my marks

There is no such thing with routing functionality (as far as I know).
If you just want a simple laptop to iphone wifi connection and if you laptop has wifi card... you can setup the laptop's wifi to operate in AD-hoc mode (or may be they call it internet connection sharing ...)
Google for windows wireless adhoc mode setup

    It's pretty simple.
Basically, your laptop acts like an accesspoint.

No - you can't have it like that in your scenario. What you can do is look at the software on your sony laptop, may be there is a wifi management software already there. You can create 2 different profiles and you just select the one to use in certain situations. Profile 1 would be your normal "infrastructure mode" and profile 2 would be your "ad-hoc" mode.
