wifi problem

wifiproblem . ijust update iphone to software 1.2 since then icant use wifi ikeept saying icant find the server before update was doing ok .activate by itunes prepaid process .

I have the same problem. I used Independence 1.2.1. I activated, jailbroken, installed the SSH, but I don't have WIFI. Before that I use the WIFI, with no problem.

What's the problem ??

Same problem here. It says I am connected, but no server found for anything -- Weather, YouTube, Safari, nothing.

I tried doing a full restore to 1.0.2 but still the same problem.

No idea, but I don't think it has anything to do with iNdependence (my WiFi works fine on a phone activated by iNdependence).

My only thought is that perhaps you have done a SIM unlock which didn't finish correctly? I know that this was a known problem for the SIM unlock application. I remember people saying that if the SIM unlock doesn't work correctly, don't reboot your phone otherwise WiFi will not work. But I'd think a restore would fix that (not sure).

In my case I think it's a problem with Airport Extreme. When I use INdependence, I can't connect to my WIFI. But I can connect to others networks. When I connetc to another network, when I return to my network, surprise, I can use my network.

Same Here. Activated. Can connect to my Airport, but no dice with connecting to any sites, mail. etc...

When I can connect to my airport extreme, I have everything: safari, mail and youtube.
The problem is, after i use independence I cannot use my network, but can use another networks. Since I used another networks, I can use my airport extreme.

I had this exact same problem. I think I read somewhere that having a SIM pin number was causing some WiFi problems. So I switched mine off and hey presto it works - Hope this helps.
