Videos on safari not working?

When I am on safari and I go to a site that has a video, all I can see is a blue cube?

Does anyone know of any programs I can download and where to watch videos?

maybe these videos are "flash". Safari cant open "flash" files.

What he said. Flash is not supported by the iPhone.

Correct safari doesnt support flash BUT

Go to google video (or any site with ipod video) find a video you want to watch it has to have the download for ipod bit on the right tap download and the the quicktime movie player will load and play the video!!
