timed airplane mode

Is the some apps that let you choose "start" and "stop" and in between of those times - iphone is on airplane mode.

That thing should save battery life like 30-40% (no wireless, no gsm signal) and will guarantee me a nice sleep without worries about my work (incoming e-mails/sms)

I'm looking for this too. BigBoss prefs and other tools already know how to turn all radios off, so somebody could add a timer/calendar/alarm-clock-like functionality to this.
