I have a jailbroken 2g and downloaded a lot of apps using a friends itunes account. I want to be able to sync my iphone to my itunes at home (which I just installed) so I can create a back up. I also want to sync my contacts. Here's the issue:

When syncing apps, itunes says it is going to clear my iphone to match what I have in Itunes - yet I have nothing so it's going to wipe out my apps.

When syncing contacts, itunes transfers my info from the computer to the phone (rather than the other way) which deletes any new contacts I have added to my phone manually.

How do I create a back up of exactly how my phone is now (with apps and contacts)?
