hey guys..

i've finally had the balls to get into the iphone's file system. i did the australian number formatting thing and the change "my number" tutorials from the another how-to forum.

I'm wanting to organise my icons on the springboard (is that what you call it?). i'm wanting to have the main screen looking exactly like it does when you first use it..

text - calendar - photos - camera
youtube - stocks - maps - weather
clock - calculator - notes - settings
(no icon) - (no icon) - (no icon) - itunes

then the 2nd screen (and maybe 3rd too) with all the 3rd party apps. Since jailbreaking it and installing other apps, its a bit messy. i've tried customize from installer but it doesn't do what i'm after.

Can anyone guide me?

Customize does most of it, except for the (no icon) thing. For that, search for something like "blank app" or something, I remember having seen such a thing mentioned. A simple "placeholder" with an empty icon.

How did you do that? I'm looking to change the "my number" in my phone too as i moved and have a completely different number
