Okay something is obviously wrong here so let me try to help. I'm going to assume your using a mac.
1. Get CyberDuck use that to SSH into your iPhone a lot easier.
2. Make sure your ssh is enabled on your phone (toggle on and off)
3. Maybe you need to clear out you known_hosts. I had to do this once cause it was rejecting something.
Clearing known_hosts
Need to enable hidden folder with cocktail or onyx.
Go to your user account in finder.
Find the .ssh folder
open known_host with text editor. Delete everything in there then save.
Try SSH with cyberduck
if that doesn't work or if your on windows you will have do something else that I'm not familiar with. Best of luck I hope this helps.

hummm something does not sound ok.
First known_hosts is NOT the issue. Simply because you did not get
a different key error.
From here, what I can see is that you indeed entered into the iPhone's shell.
mobile-166-217-042-032:~ macperry$ ssh root@192.168.10.1
mobile-166-217-042-032 <- your mac hostname
macperry <- your user
ssh root@192.168.10.1 <- your command
And the result is:
localhost <- hostname of the actual terminal
root <- current user
Looks stupid, but are you sure you are not inside your iphone's
shell?
Weird... after you get the localhost:~ root# try to issue:
ls /User/Media
if the output is ls: cannot access /User/Media: No such file or directory
you are not, if it lists, you are.
