There is no sim card installed in the iphone you are attempting to activate, reboot
Hello to everybody and Happy New Year,
I’ m very new in this forum and iphone user, I bought an iphone 3gs 32GB 6 months ago from Amazon, the firmware was 22.214.171.124. My friend told me to jailbroke it and stop using ATT. I tried doing the job, but it when wrong. I brought the phone to many phone shoppers to get it fix no way out.
The first guy was not able to get out of itunes and usb symbols, the second one was able to bring the phone to a status were the wifi and Bluetooth were disabled and no ATT signal (I think vers 4.1) the third one just stuck on usb and iTunes symbols with emergency call. This is the point today.
Wright now, I don’t know with version is in. (“restore needed: iphone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from itunes.”).When I connect it to itunes with my ATT contract sim card I have:”There is no sim card installed in the iphone you are attempting to activate”. And it reboot.
I need the phone backup working, if I should contribute to someone work.
I was on the forum unable to find the same case, and I was sure to get it worse than before.
Please help, help, help!
